Welcome to the Montpelier High School health page. I work in partnership with the students, their parent/guardian, and the high school staff to create an environment of health that fosters well being and learning throughout the school day.

At the top you will find the links you need to remain up to date with current health information for adolescents, the health office needs, and organizations to assist you as you guide your teen to adulthood.

There is a blog that will provide you with a variety of health tips. I will be the gate keeper for this blog and welcome any information you would like added to it. Just send the information to me and I will review it for its merits.

In the teen life section, there is a form where you may ask questions of me.
