ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS: There will be a meeting for all players interested in playing football in the fall. PLEASE meet in the gymnasium immediately after school today at 3:00 p.m. Come and meet the new coach and find out his expectations during the summer and into the preseason.
An Invitation…..
Everyone in the Montpelier High School community is invited to attend the final speech presentations of Mr. Tillotson’s Public Speaking students. The weeklong event will take place in Room 105 according to the following schedule:
Monday, June 9 1:30 Leona Wamsley “’80s Music”
1:45 Katie Lowe “Cults and the Jonestown Massacre”
The following is the schedule we will follow on Tuesday, June 10:
Period 1 7:55 to 8:14
Period 2 8:17 to 8:36
Period 3 8:39 to 8:58
Period 4 9:01 to 9:20
Period 5 9:23 to 9:42
Period 6 9:45 to 10:04
Period 7 10:07 to 10:26
Period 8 10:29 to 10:48
Awards Assembly 11:00 to 12:30
Picnic 12:30 to 1:30
Students will be dismissed from their 8th period classes for the Awards Assembly. They will sit by class the Juniors right front, Sophomores left front and Freshmen back center. When all underclassmen are in their assigned seats, the seniors will proceed to their assigned section, front center. Faculty not involved in presentations please sit throughout the auditorium. Faculty making presentations will sit in the front rows on the left.
At the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony, the seniors will recess and then each class will “move up” to its designated area.
Picnic - Come and join us for a PICNIC immediately after the Awards Assembly, out back by the Greenhouse. Burgers, hot dogs, salads, chips & ice cream sundaes! Regular Student & Adult prices. Play Frisbee! Sign Yearbooks! Have Fun!
