Additional Limitations 2.9

The Superintendent shall not fail to act in accordance with the policies as set forth in Appendix A. These policies include:

1) Personnel Recruitment, Selection and Appointment

2) Role of Religion in the School

3) Student Self-Expression

4) Dissemination of Non-School-Sponsored Materials

5) Differentiated Education
