The Montpelier School District will comply with the
Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The superintendent or his designee
will implement procedures to assure that the district’s contracted
transportation service provider conducts alcohol and drug testing for all
safety sensitive transportation employees as required by the Testing Act.
