It is the policy of the Montpelier School District to comply with the provisions of the federal Pupil Privacy Rights Amendment (PPRA) governing the administration of certain student surveys, analyses, or evaluations funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Education. The superintendent shall develop and implement procedures for this policy.
