Government Recommendation Essay: (At 50 points, this is the heart of your assignment! You should select the government you feel best suits the needs of the people in the Western Hemisphere as a whole. In defending your choice with at least three lines of reasoning, your team may wish to emphasize the pros and cons of several governments you discovered in the previous step. You could also point to data and living conditions found in countries that operate under both your government choice and those forms rejected to help build your argument. Your team should consider the standard of living enjoyed by people throughout the hemisphere in making your choice as well. In other words, if your population is largely poor and undereducated, does one form of government seem to work better than another? Then again, should the needds of the wealthiest and brightest citizens be placed above those who may not be able to build a strong case for your final recommendation.
